Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are browser files; local storage retains information on the device. Pixels and embedded players may also access devices or send usage information without a cookie. Optional technologies are not treated as necessary simply because they help our business.

Actual categories and providers

Necessary: the presence-cookie-consent local record remembers and evidences privacy choices; site hosting may use operational security measures. No public account/session login is implemented.

Analytics: Google Analytics, only when configured and permitted, measures visits and interactions. Cookies can include _ga and _ga_<identifier>; our maximum cookie lifetime is 180 days without renewal on visits. Google advertising signals are disabled.

Marketing: Meta Pixel, when permitted, measures visits and advertising performance and may support Meta ad optimization. _fbp and _fbc, where present, typically last up to 90 days. No customer matching or server-side ad sending is implemented.

Video content: Wistia's player and preview resources load immediately for playback, with Privacy Mode and do-not-track before permission. Necessary delivery still involves Wistia connections and may include non-tracking playback storage. Privacy Mode may collect anonymized aggregate viewing data. Optional session/cookie tracking requires both Analytics and Video analytics; it is not classified as necessary playback.

Choice and regional defaults

The banner offers Accept All, Reject Non-Essential and Customize Preferences. Optional categories start off in the preference form. In consent-required or unknown regions we load no optional analytics or advertising code before permission. Elsewhere ordinary analytics and advertising are enabled without a banner unless refused or opted out; video playback works everywhere without cookie acceptance, while optional video session analytics remains opt-in. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for analytics and marketing.

Open Cookie Settings from any footer to change your choices. Rejection prevents relevant scripts from loading. Withdrawal revokes tracking, clears accessible related first-party cookies and refreshes the page to unload active code, including in other open tabs. We cannot delete cookies held only on a provider's domain; your browser can manage those. Previously blocked events are not replayed.

Preference retention and renewal

The current decision lasts 180 days. Our local record retains notice version, random visitor reference, region, language, timestamps and previous choices so later withdrawal does not erase acceptance evidence. Material notice changes require renewed choice where applicable. If storage is blocked, choices may not persist between visits. Clearing storage also clears the record.

External services and fonts

Stripe checkout and Calendly scheduling open on their own sites after you follow a link, under their own cookie controls. Rejecting our cookies does not disable those links. Social media links do not embed social widgets. Fonts are hosted with this website, not requested from Google Fonts. Hosting security, diagnostic logs and platform-managed monitoring remain subject to the hosting provider's practices.
