Information and purposes

Presence receives the information you choose to share by email or through an appointment or purchase: your name, contact details, project requirements, correspondence and transaction details. Stripe handles card details on its own checkout; we do not receive full card numbers. Calendly handles appointments on its own website. The public website currently has no account signup or in-page contact submission form.

Website delivery and operational error logs can include connection data, IP address, browser information and technical error details. These support security and reliable delivery, not advertising.

Optional analytics, advertising and video

When allowed by your privacy choices, Google Analytics (if configured) receives page visits, browser/device information and interaction data for audience measurement. Google advertising features are disabled in our install. Meta Pixel receives page visits, connection/browser information and cookie identifiers for advertising measurement and possible ad optimization by Meta. We do not implement customer-list uploads, advanced matching, or server-side conversion reporting.

Wistia posters, controls and playback resources load on page visit. They necessarily disclose connection information to Wistia to deliver video. Before optional permission, we enable Wistia Privacy Mode and do-not-track to disable session/cookie tracking. Wistia Privacy Mode can still collect anonymized aggregate viewing data; it is not a network-silent mode. Identifiable viewing analytics requires both Analytics and Video analytics choices; Marketing consent alone does not enable it. Declining does not prevent you from reading pages, emailing us, booking externally or opening Stripe checkout.

Your consent and withdrawal

In the EEA, UK, Switzerland and unresolved locations, analytics and marketing are blocked until you accept the relevant category. Elsewhere ordinary tracking may run without a banner, unless you refuse or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Video playback does not require cookie acceptance. Optional Wistia session analytics requires both Analytics and Video analytics permission everywhere. Ad clicks and impressions on the advertising platform count regardless of website consent.

Cookie Settings is available in the footer on every page. You can accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or choose Analytics, Marketing and Video analytics separately. Opening settings does not change your choice. Withdrawal stops future optional use and refreshes the page to unload active third-party code; it does not erase information already lawfully received by a provider. We never replay events that were blocked.

Consent records

We store a device-local privacy record named presence-cookie-consent. It contains a random visitor reference, the notice version, country/unknown region, language, timestamps and category decisions. Previous decisions are retained with a later withdrawal. The current choice expires after 180 days; a material notice change also requires a new choice where consent is required. Clearing browser storage removes this record. It is not an account identity or a centrally stored consent register.

We request the country code through the site's /cdn-cgi/trace endpoint; failure defaults to blocking and displaying the banner. We do not send that lookup to an additional geolocation service.

Providers and recipients

Our providers include the website hosting infrastructure (Lovable and Cloudflare), Google Analytics where configured, Meta Platforms for permitted advertising signals, Wistia for video delivery and permitted session analytics, Stripe for purchases, Calendly for scheduling, and the email service used for correspondence. Fonts are delivered with our site rather than loaded from Google Fonts. External checkout and booking services have their own privacy and cookie notices.

Information may also be shared with professional advisers or authorities when necessary for legal obligations or claims. We do not sell customer lists. Advertising signals shared with Meta may fall within broader definitions of sharing under some laws; use Cookie Settings or a browser privacy signal to opt out.

Legal bases and retention

We use enquiry, appointment and purchase information to take steps you request, perform our agreements, support customers and meet legal/accounting duties. Necessary delivery and security use relies on legitimate operational interests where appropriate; optional device access uses consent where required. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Enquiries are retained as needed to handle the request and related claims; purchase records as needed for delivery, tax, accounting and legal duties. Consent records stay on your device until cleared; the active choice lasts 180 days. We configure Google Analytics cookies with a 180-day maximum without visit-based renewal; Meta _fbp/_fbc cookies typically last up to 90 days. Wistia and external services determine their own identifier lifetimes. Hosting-log periods and provider-account retention settings must be confirmed with the business; no fixed business-wide deletion period has been verified.

Protection and international transfers

We use reasonable access and security measures; no service is completely secure. Providers may process data outside your country. Where legally required, transfers must have an appropriate mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or contractual safeguards. Provider agreements, transfer assessments and account settings require business review; using a provider is not itself proof of compliance.

Your rights and contact

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal, and complain to your local supervisory authority. Contact hello@haveapresence.com for Presence privacy requests, or hello@haveapresence.com for Blueprint purchase/support requests. We may need to verify your request without collecting unnecessary information. Presence's registered legal entity, address and any required regional representative have not yet been supplied for this notice.
