1. The Blueprint

The Blueprint is a digital, video-based educational program created by Muhammad Hasan and offered by Presence. It consists of recorded video lessons organized into modules, together with any supporting material and the personal review described on the Blueprint page.

The Blueprint is recorded and self-paced. It is educational content only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. You should seek qualified professional advice for decisions specific to your situation.

2. Price and payment

The price is shown on the Blueprint page at the time of purchase, in US dollars. The early-bird price of US$497 applies to a limited number of customers; the regular price is US$1,997. The price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your purchase is complete once Stripe confirms the payment. Any bank, card or currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.

3. Launch date and access

The Blueprint officially launches on November 20, 2026. Customers who purchase before launch are reserving their place and price; access is not provided immediately at purchase.

Pre-launch customers will receive their access details by email on launch day, sent to the email address used at checkout. Customers who purchase after launch will receive access details by email after their payment is confirmed. If you have not received your access details, contact hello@haveapresence.com.

4. Your account and access

Your access is personal to you and is granted for a single individual. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your access.

You must not share your login details or access with anyone else. We may suspend or end access that is shared, misused or used in breach of these terms.

5. Intellectual property and permitted use

All content in the Blueprint, including videos, text, templates, materials and branding, is owned by Presence or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for your own learning and to build your own business. You may not:

• copy, download, record, or screen-capture the videos or materials, except where a download feature is expressly provided;
• share, redistribute, publish, sell, resell, sublicense or rent any part of the Blueprint;
• use the content to create a competing program, product or service;
• remove any ownership or copyright notices.

6. Refunds

You may request a refund before access to the Blueprint has been granted to you. Once access has been granted, the purchase is non-refundable due to the digital nature of the product.

The deciding factor is whether access has been granted, not the date of purchase. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Refund requests should be sent to hello@haveapresence.com.

To be eligible for a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee, the student must not have accessed or consumed more than 4% of the total course content at the time of submitting the refund request.

7. No guarantee of results

The Blueprint teaches methods and frameworks based on real experience. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, business success or any specific outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, decisions, market conditions, budget and suppliers.

Any examples or results described are illustrative and are not a promise that you will achieve the same.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you apply what you learn, including your business decisions, spending, supplier relationships and compliance with the laws, registrations, tax obligations and platform rules that apply to you and your business.

You agree to use the Blueprint lawfully and respectfully, and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Blueprint available at all times, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, such as hosting, internet or third-party service issues.

We may update, improve or reorganize lessons and materials over time. Any changes will not materially reduce the core program you purchased. You are responsible for having a compatible device and internet connection.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presence is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from your use of the Blueprint or reliance on its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the Blueprint is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you.

11. Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, including by sharing access or redistributing content. In that case, no refund will be due for access already granted, except where required by law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last updated.
