The digital experience

A landing page built around readiness, not volume.

01  The challenge

The problem wasn’t trust. It was perception.

Visa applications are usually sold as transactions: pay, submit, wait. Approved Visa works differently — it assesses each case before deciding whether it should go forward at all.

Presence had to build a brand that made that difference obvious at first glance: expertise, precision and confidence, while still feeling personal and reassuring.

Visa applications are personal. The service should feel personal too.

02  The strategic idea

The private advisor.

We positioned Approved Visa as the expert who sits between the applicant and the application — someone who examines the circumstances, finds the weaknesses, prepares the case and decides when it is ready.

That made the brand closer to a private advisory practice than a conventional visa agency. The feeling we designed for: someone is actually looking at my case.

03  The positioning

Assess.

Prepare.

Approve.

Approved Visa doesn’t accept every case and push it toward submission. The service begins with assessment, then preparation, then a decision about readiness.

Before submission comes scrutiny. That is where the brand earns trust.

04  The identity

A mark built like a decision.

A strong, geometric A held inside a rounded square — stable, deliberate, official. A single small plane moves through it: the journey only begins once the case is ready.

The frame opens on one side. Nothing is sealed until it’s been checked.

05  The practice, on paper

A complete professional experience — not just a logo.

We extended the identity into the objects an established advisory practice actually uses: letterhead, envelopes, folders, cards and a stamp. One typography, one palette, one level of precision.

— The stationery system

— The business card
— The stamp

Every case is different. The preparation should be too.

06  Where it’s going

The advisor behind the application.

Approved Visa is an ongoing Presence project. The strategy and identity are set; the system is now being rolled out across the client experience.

Authority without arrogance. Precision without coldness. Expertise without complexity.

Someone is lookingclosely at your case.
